We process orders quickly! If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us at business@nestlios.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes. However, you can still return items after delivery per our Refund Policy.
Yes! You can add a personalized gift message during checkout at no extra cost. Gift wrapping is available for $4.99 per order. Simply select the gift wrap option on the cart page and enter your message.
Absolutely. Our checkout is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption and is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your credit card information. You can also check out securely via Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the USA β no minimum purchase required. Standard shipping typically takes 5β8 business days. For faster delivery, expedited ($9.99) and overnight ($24.99) options are also available at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your label is created. You can also reach out to us at business@nestlios.com with your order number for a status update.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at business@nestlios.com with your order number and reason for return. Full details at our Refund Policy page.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 2β3 business days of receipt), we'll process your refund. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5β10 business days depending on your bank.

Our bamboo bedding, organic linen, and natural bath products are all sourced from certified sustainable suppliers. We're continuously working to expand our eco-friendly product range.
All Nestlios products come with our Quality Guarantee. If any product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, we'll replace it at no charge. Simply contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
Each product includes care instructions on the label and in its packaging. General tips:
- Bamboo bedding: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low
- Linen throws: Hand wash or gentle machine cycle, lay flat to dry
- Ceramic items: Hand wash recommended; most are not dishwasher safe
- Diffusers: Wipe with a dry cloth; do not immerse in water
