We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories. Shipping rates may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, and territories β these will be displayed at checkout.
International shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping, but we're working on expanding! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
π Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time via:
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- USPS, UPS, or FedEx websites directly with your tracking number
- Emailing us at business@nestlios.com
Note: Tracking may take 24 hours to update after your shipment label is created.

We take full responsibility for the safe delivery of your order. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Email business@nestlios.com with your order number and photos (if damaged)
- We'll issue a replacement or full refund β no questions asked
